Warehouse Associate
Position Overview
The Warehouse Aide is responsible for assisting the warehouse team with receiving and intaking products, pulling and packaging orders, and maintaining product inventory. This position is also responsible for following standard company procedures and safety requirements while delivering customer materials.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Assist warehouse team with weekly inventory counts.
Evaluate incoming shipments for accuracy following quality and regulatory requirements.
Pull and packing orders for delivery.
Provide quality control checks on outgoing orders.
Follow all OLCC, local, and state laws and road regulations.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. At least 2 years of warehouse or stock room experience is also required; with 1 year in the cannabis industry. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted to meet these requirements.
Additional qualifications/skill for the position are as follows:
Oregon Marijuana Worker’s Permit.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in Oregon State CTS System – Metrc highly preferred – strong experience in an inventory system database required.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Must be flexible with work schedule due to business needs.
Proven experience in a similar position, either in inventory, shipping and receiving, or customer service or retail.
Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to lift 50lbs minimum.
Ability to work as part of a team.
